Ms.tiwi,
Yesterday, me and my friends visited
to your Restaurant on January 18th to celebrate my birthday party.
Unfortunately, the low-standard food quality in your room service really disappointed
us.
The dinner started off in a very
disappointing way when we were served some tasteless cold fluid which was
passed off as Chicken Soup. The starters we ordered were rather oil-dripping,
though we had clearly ordered for fat-free food.
Also employees of your hotel were
escorted yesterday meal service to our room, he showed less friendly face. And
about the room I’am quite satisfied with the room design is unique.
I hope in future the quality of your
food and employee is able to match up to the quality of your service.

I visited with my friend to your Market
on January 13th to purchase a laptop. When I got home I checked the
product I was surprise, there is no charger in the box. I cant accept this
product and I want to back to your market tommorow
I am sorry
to have to write this letter of complaint, but this is for the good of your
store and shoppers in your store. I hope in the future you double-check the quality
of your goods in stores.

3. COMPLAINT LETTER ABOUT SANITARY

Dear Mr. freddie,
I visited with my mother to your
Place on january 12th to attending seminars cooking in your building
and I was amazed by your large building and it floored fifty. But not because
it is that I write this complaint.
But
this is a problem of sanitary in toilets Prime Center Buliding seventh floor. I
was so surprised why the toilet on the seventh floor of the many annoying
insects, also why there toilet smells. So, me and my mother felt uncomfortable
using the toilet.
I hope you pay more attention to the
cleanliness of the toilets on every floor and in the future there are no people
who feel the way I felt yesterday.
